To obtain an initial quote, with rates and terms, please contact an ICB loan officer in your region. If you do not yet have a relationship with a loan officer, you can find a loan officer in your area.

All you will need to submit for an initial quote is:

• Project summary
• 2 years income and expense statements plus current
• Financial information
• Lease summary/recent roll
• Project description
• Project photographs
• Current debt balance and loan purpose statement.

That's it. Once received, one of our loan officers will contact you.
